p320 lcd

Hi!

I just was installing the latest rom from this page when I realized that I have something wrong in the lcd, something like an internal scratch. After installing the new rom, the pda ask me to align the screen, but I can go ahead from here (I suppose is because my lcd is not working propertly so it can not align it...)

I went to ebay, in order to look for a new lcd for the p320. Afortunately there are plenty for selling there, for less than 25$.

Does anybody tried to change the lcd to this pda? I can't do it, my pda is finnished:(

me myself never changed it before...try google for dismantling procedure...or try to look any PDA centers @ ur area.Sure they can help it...
